These terms govern your use of bootshellsafety.com ("the Platform"), operated by Boot Shell Private Limited (CIN U74101DL2025PTC441811, GSTIN 06AANCB1970E1ZR), having its principal place of business at 244, Shri Ram Road, MIE Part A, Bahadurgarh, Jhajjar, Haryana – 124507, India ("BootShell Safety", "we", "us"). By accessing the Platform or placing an order, you agree to the terms below, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Orders, pricing & payment

  • All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST unless noted.
  • Payment can be made online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) or Cash on Delivery (COD), where available. All online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock or mispriced due to a technical error; you will be notified and refunded in full within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • An order is confirmed only after payment is received or, for COD orders, once accepted.
  • Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment — see Shipping & Returns for current rates and timelines.
  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once dispatched, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Bulk & B2B orders

Bulk order quotes submitted via our Bulk Order form are indicative and subject to confirmation of stock, sizing and delivery timelines by our sales team.

Product information & certification

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, specifications and certification marks. Products are certified per the standards listed on each product page. BootShell Safety is not liable for misuse of PPE outside its intended certification/rating.

Intellectual property

All product designs, images, and content on this site are the property of Boot Shell Private Limited / Phoenix Safety Products and may not be reproduced without permission.

Grievance redressal

For any complaints regarding products, orders, or this Platform, please contact our Grievance Officer — see the Grievance Officer details on our Privacy Policy. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Delhi having jurisdiction.
