Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to the return process below instead.

Returns & replacements

• Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
• For hygiene reasons, worn footwear, used gloves, and other worn PPE cannot be returned unless defective on arrival.
• To start a return, email bootshellsafety@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once a return is inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

Bulk & B2B orders

Custom or bulk orders confirmed via quote are subject to the cancellation/return terms agreed with our sales team at the time of order confirmation.
